It is in this momentum that my evolution within the marketing department in 2017 was part of, in order to support the brand sales teams, my former team.

My mission: develop our internal tools, create new products and provide all the necessary support to our sales representatives to increase the budgetbox turnover.

As a good Narbonne woman, I am passionate about rugby, and good food of course!
I have also established myself as the defending champion of the “best budgetbox breakfast” for several years.

I am proud to have joined the budgetbox adventure that has offered me a fast, natural and very satisfying career evolution.
I particularly appreciate the good mood, the autonomy, and the challenges to be met constantly.

Before joining budgetbox and after completing a preparatory course and business school, I had the opportunity to work in various fields, from retail to the food industry, as well as digital, in highly versatile marketing and sales roles.

I am now an Account Manager: I am responsible for developing a portfolio of existing clients, supporting them in their recruitment and engagement marketing strategies, while also prospecting for new brands by identifying how our solutions can meet their needs.

The added bonus is being involved in all the post-sales stages with a 360-degree view of our business: I work closely with a team of Customer Success Managers, with whom I oversee the implementation, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. In short, it’s a very comprehensive role!

The work environment is highly stimulating, with everyone encouraged to explore new ideas and take initiatives to contribute positively to project development. And of course, we know how to celebrate our victories 😉.

After 5 years’ experience in the field of affinity insurance for SPB, I joined the budgetbox teams with the desire to integrate a company on a human scale with a start-up culture.

Within the media division, my mission is to design and produce applications to meet the company’s needs in the areas of distribution and management of marketing campaigns or in the processes of integrating our solutions into our customers’ IS.
From the writing of functional and technical specifications to the implementation of the various FRONT-END, BACK-END and MIDDLEWARE software components, I am involved at each step of the application projects. Coming from an engineering background in architecture and information systems management, I offer budgetbox both my skills as a Full Stack application developer and my knowledge of AGILE project management to effectively meet the demands of our customers.

Coming from a generation that saw the birth of the Internet and the evolution of associated uses that are almost essential in our daily lives today, I observe the digital revolution in practices and approaches to the problems of all sectors of our society with the feeling of participating, through my profession, in this revolution.
budgetbox contributes to improving the connected shopping experience through its innovative solutions, which in a highly competitive environment brings real added value both to our customers and to the end shoppers. budgetbox is part of this digital revolution.

I discovered budgetbox while researching innovative companies in the field of retail media. Drawn to their vision, I decided to apply spontaneously via LinkedIn. That’s how my career at budgetbox began as a Data Scientist.

I quickly had the opportunity to get involved in major projects, particularly in modernizing systems and developing data solutions. These experiences allowed me to take charge of key initiatives, contributing to the creation of new products and technologies dedicated to retail media.

My role then evolved into that of Technical Lead for the data team. Today, I lead a team of Data Engineers with whom we implement innovative solutions that enhance our digital couponing offering.

After a year and a half at budgetbox, my vision is to continue innovating in the field of retail media by fully harnessing the potential of constantly evolving technologies. I am convinced that budgetbox’s collaborative environment, focused on mutual support and skill sharing, is the key to overcoming future challenges and continuing to strengthen our position in the industry.

As the person in charge of relationships with budgetbox’s retailers and partners, my role is very cross-functional. Unlike my previous position on the brand side, which was highly sales-oriented, this role is more focused on project management.

Working with the tech teams in Rouen makes the job incredibly interesting — we brainstorm ways to improve our solutions, which we then propose to our partners for implementation within our network.

Thinking about innovations is also fascinating, whether it’s innovations related to improving the solution itself or setting up partnerships with new players.

Having insight into the needs of brands and manufacturers also allows me to offer additional value to retailers, based on the feedback I’ve gathered from brands.

Recently, the Retail team has also taken on the responsibility of offering our Scanéo solution. This gives us an even more technological angle and helps us understand different retailer needs — whether in the food sector, which is our core business, or in the non-food sector, where the challenges are completely different.

The most interesting part of this role: no two weeks are the same! We work on large project blocks, which keeps things fresh and exciting.

The little extra at budgetbox, in my opinion? The atmosphere! We’re a young, tight-knit team, and it really shows in the way we work together.

We regularly organize breakfasts or after-work drinks, which give us a chance to relax outside the office and it feels great! (Though you can say goodbye to any diet plans.)

Another great thing about budgetbox is the opportunities for growth. Internal mobility is strongly encouraged. I’ve benefited from it myself, and several others on the team have also moved between different roles.
